How to use the Vault in Bitcoin Keeper ?

The Keeper app is divided into 2 sections: Wallet and Vault. You have the option to setup a 1-of-1, or a 2-of-3 or 3-of-5, vault. Before you setup the Vault, decide on the configuration that works best for you. For example, if you’d like to set up a 2-of-3 Vault, please subscribe to the Hodler tier of Subscriptions. Once subscription is successful, please come to the Vault section of the App.

Within the Vault section, you will be directed to add signing devices. Please follow the instructions within the app to add the signing devices.

Once the signing devices are added successfully, please click on Create Vault. This would set up your multisig Vault.

If you have set up a 2-of-3 Vault, you would require 2 keys to sign each bitcoin transaction. You could always change the multisig setup based on your preference. Note that to change the setup, you would require the corresponding number of keys needed to sign the transaction, as in your previous setup.
